Great little place! The staff was very friendly, and our room was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! We saw some comments that guests cannot control the room temperature and it was too warm. I spotted thermostats and they were set for 70. We were comfortable. Parking is off-site. There is a spot for check in/out. The lot was very easy to find and just a short walk from the B&B. No car is needed to visit most of the sites in St. Augustine. There are several great restaurants and shops in the area.

The room was very clean and provided a great space. The location of the hotel is tough to beat! And to have parking included is a lifesaver. Water, coffee, tea, and cookie stations on the first floor and third floor are a nice touch. There is a lot of noise from the restaurants nearby, but that would be the case anywhere on St. George.

The Inn is in a great location, allowing easy access and walks to the shops and restaurants. Our check-in experience was easy and great with Rick walking us up to the room, showing the coded door security entry process and explaining the Inn’s parking. The room was quaint and the bed was so comfortable. The cookies were a nice touch!

My wife and I stayed here overnight while in St Augustine. It was so cute and cozy. The breakfast that was included was delicious. We loved the location, it's nearby a bunch of shops and food places. Once we parked our car, we only walked! Very walkable and easy access.

We loved our stay at the Agustin. The bed was comfortable and the oversized tub added to the relaxation we were looking for over the weekend. Everything we needed -bars, restaurants, shopping, entertainment- was in a very short walking distance. We will be back!

Augustin Inn was fantastic. It is located right in the historic downtown area right next to all of the shops, restaurants, and bars. Our room was right next to one of the bars with an outdoor area for live music. The music was fantastic. With the weather being cool, we were able to crack the window to enjoy the music, which was over by 11pm. The room was small but it was all we needed! Barbara makes great cookies that are available all day long in the lobby. I may have snagged a few too many, but in my defense, we were on vacation! I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoy staying at the Agustin Inn ! Such nice attentive people ! We had an amazing breakfast every morning! All homemade! The rooms are clean and very nice We had our own private balcony ! This Inn is right in the middle of it all ! A few feet from the door is St George St .That's where you can find a huge amount of shops and restaurants and more ! We have stayed here a few times and we will definitely go back again ! My opinion is this is one of the best B and B's around the area !

My husband surprised me with an overnight getaway at Agustin Inn, and overall we had a really sweet little escape. This isn’t just a simple star rating because a few different things definitely played into our experience. So here’s the honest breakdown. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – The Highlights • The location is absolutely amazing. You are right in town and everything is an easy walk. Huge win. • Free cookies (yes please). • Coffee station was appreciated. • The staff was kind and welcoming. • It’s a great place to rest your head after a full day exploring. ⭐⭐⭐ – The “Good to Know” • If you’re not familiar with St. Augustine, the roads can be a little confusing. • Parking instructions could be clearer. The check-in parking is across the small street from the Inn in the second spot. But if someone is parked in the first space, you can’t see the reserved sign. • The parking lot itself is only about a 3-minute walk, which isn’t bad at all. • At checkout, you do need to drive back to the Inn to return the parking pass. We had backpacks and would’ve happily avoided navigating the streets again, but it wasn’t a huge ordeal, just something to plan for. ⭐ – The Less Glamorous Bits • The water has a noticeable smell. When I turned on the shower it was pretty strong. Think hot beach rinse-off station. It may not bother everyone, but it was overwhelming for me. • Our mini fridge unfortunately wasn’t working and had food left behind from previous guests that had gone bad. We discovered it after staff had left for the night, but notified them in the morning. • Like any historic stay, you can’t control other guests. One gentleman had a very enthusiastic 6:30am routine that included stomping, throat-clearing, and loud news directly outside our window. A few additional things to keep in mind: The walls are thin, so you’ll hear normal conversation as people pass rooms, and when you pass their rooms, you can hear inside. If you’re on the third floor, prepare yourself, those stairs will humble you. We thought we were in decent shape and definitely reconsidered unnecessary trips up and down. They do provide ear plugs (which is thoughtful!). We stayed in the Drake, where the outside stairs and top deck are right by the windows. There was distant music until around 2am, not terrible, but noticeable. We also heard some late-night returns from fellow guests. (And they were NOT quiet) On the flip side, the birds singing at 6:45am were absolutely beautiful. If you need complete silence, this probably isn’t your spot. If you want unbeatable location and a charming place to sleep after enjoying the city, it really works. Overall, for location and convenience, it’s a wonderful option. The only unpredictable part? Other guests.
